The standout feature is absolutely the waxed cotton shell. It has that perfect, stiff-but-not-restrictive feel right out of the box and it sheds light rain like a champion. I’ve been caught in a few drizzles and the water just beads up and rolls off. You can really smell that classic waxed canvas scent, which I personally love, but it does fade after a few weeks of wear.
