Refund and Returns Policy
At Apex Outerwear, we stand behind the quality of our jackets, hoodies, and coats. If your purchase isn’t reaching the “Apex” of your expectations, we are here to help.
Our 3-5 Day Return Window
Because we move fast to keep our inventory fresh and our quality high, we offer a 3 to 5-day return window.
- Notification: You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 3 days of receiving your package.
- Shipment: The item must be shipped back to us within 5 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank).
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a jacket or hoodie for a different size, please contact us immediately within the 3-day window so we can check our stock levels for you.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
